For added package protection we recommend purchasing insurance to further protect your purchase, as blūm is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. All orders require a signature for delivery.

blūm Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. blūm clip-Ins and wefts can be exchanged within 14 days if still in their original bindings, hairnet, and tags. Be sure not to wash, comb, finger comb, or excessively handle any products before thoroughly examining to ensure an approved exchange or refund, should you require one. Due to health standards we are unable to return or exchange any wigs, ponytails, or boundless bundles.

We are currently offering pre-order items only. Pre-orders begin shipping December 1st, 2024. You will receive a shipping notification via email when your package has been processed and is on its way to you. After receiving your shipping notification please allow 7- 10 business days for your item to arrive.
